"I thought I knew a bit about Sales. And I did. I still do. The Sandler approach, however, drags the Sales function (sometimes kicking and screaming) into the 21st century. If you're still in the "handle objections and close" mentality, you may not have noticed that buyers have moved on in their own thinking. Sandler's is a very 'human' approach.
